Keep your eyes peeled for the results of a major new PolicyWISE and More in Common UK poll…exploring how people across England, Scotland and Wales view the UK's changing political landscape following new governments in Wales and Scotland, and the prospect of an Andy Burnham premiership.

Reflecting PolicyWISE's commitment to comparative policymaking and cross-nation learning, the poll explores:

• Public attitudes towards a 'No 10 North' and the difference it could make.
• Support for replacing the House of Lords with a Senate of the Nations and Regions.
• Whether intergovernmental relations between the UK and devolved governments would improve under Burnham.
• Attitudes towards further English devolution and the role of metro mayors.
• Whether England should have its own Minister for England.
• Priorities for policy cooperation between UK and devolved governments.
• Levels of trust in political and governing institutions across Great Britain.

The poll also examines public priorities on improving living standards, mental health and young people's life chances.

The results provide a Great Britain-wide picture, while also highlighting important differences between England, Scotland and Wales.

Preview finding: Welsh respondents are substantially more positive about UK-Welsh Government relations under a hypothetical Burnham premiership than they are today, with positive ratings rising from 24% to 32% and negative ratings falling from 52% to 38%.
