PolicyWISE Highly Commended at Smart Thinking Awards 2025

Recognising our rapid growth, distinctive mission, and rising influence across the UK and Ireland’s policy landscape, PolicyWISE, has been Highly Commended in the ‘One to Watch’ category at the Smart Thinking Awards 2025.

Launched in 2023, PolicyWISE is the only initiative dedicated to strengthening connections between policymakers and researchers across all nations of the UK and Ireland. Backed by the OU’s research excellence, it tackles long-standing barriers to comparative and collaborative policymaking, reshaping how complex challenges are understood and addressed.
